1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without proof of purchase.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
